Santa Rampage is a fun pub crawl where over 120 “Santas” join in the fun to benefit the Community Christmas charity and help provide toys and clothes to needy local children.
The event takes place on Saturday, December 14th at Tin Mill Restaurant Celebration Hall. Early online reservation and ticket sales to be announced later. Doors open at 3 PM. Pub crawl and group photo begins at 5 PM. Dancing to live music, eating, and silent auction from 7 PM – 9 PM at Celebration Hall.

Students will be involved in breaking down five sides of pork (approximately 600 lbs. dressed out) into chops, steaks, roasts, ribs, bacon, ham, jowl, lard, and sausage. Students will be able to identify the primal cuts, and retail cuts, where they come from on the carcass, how to prepare them, shelf life, and some preservation and packaging methods.
