Hermann Area District Hospital is committed to promoting health and wellness in our community.  The 13th Annual Red Heart Walk is going to be held Thursday, February 10, 2022 ANYTIME from 11:30-12:30p.m. and will start and end at the G Husmann Hofgarten at 111 Gutenberg (snow date: Thursday, February 17th). We are asking for your help.  Please share the information about the walk with your employees.  Show your employees that you care about their health and encourage them to participate in the walk.  Healthier employees are more energetic and have reduced stress levels.  This can be the first step toward improving their health.  The Red Heart Walk will only take about 15-20 minutes to walk in downtown Hermann.  Walkers will learn about heart health, be encouraged to improve their own health, while also benefiting Hermann’s Food Pantry.

For participants would like a heart healthy brown bag lunch to take along with them after the walk, the cost is a $5 donation per person. If participants do not want a lunch, they can show up and sign the register.  For those not getting a lunch, but would like to make a donation for the Hermann Food Pantry, all donations are accepted.  Proceeds raised will go toward the Hermann Food Pantry.   If you would like to make a donation for your employees to get a lunch, or if your employees would like to order a lunch, please call the Hermann Area District Hospital Rehab Department to reserve lunches at 486-2154 by noon on Monday, February 7th.

For more information, please contact Susan Lenger at Hermann Area District Hospital, 486-2154 or by email:  slenger@hadh.org
Thank you for your support.

You can spend LESS time on social media while getting MORE results for your business! What if you knew exactly what to say to connect with your ideal clientele, and your content was consistently connecting with new prospects?

You can accomplish just that with a solid strategy in place and by using the tools Instagram & other apps provide.

Learn the ins and outs of Instagram for business. This Instagram marketing course will cover real and concrete techniques for users both beginners and moderately experienced.

Who the Course is For:

  • Solopreneurs who need processes to cut down the time it takes to manage social media
  • Business owners who like to be hands on or want to better understand how to help their staff grow and improve
  • Office managers, assistants, and “behind the scenes” folks who make sure things happen for messy-minded managers and owners
  • Social media managers without a background in marketing, journalism, communications, or public relations
