This group walk meanders through town, stopping by many area attractions that focus proudly on Old-world landmarks and famed new construction. This tour gets you out with the people, passing from West to East with views of the historic hills of Hermann. Walk into some great deals in our local shops, boutiques, and dining establishments along the downtown path, and enjoy the climb up to Stone Hill Winery for your finish. 
 
The VolksMarch is a different sort of experience than that of a traditional 5k. Traveling on foot with an easy-going crowd is the perfect way to stretch after a car ride or burn off a few pints from the night before. Either way, you are bound to build an appetite for all things Hermann during your walk. Your reward is to spend the afternoon guilt-free as you taste your way through delicious sausage varieties, freshly fermented kraut and perfectly crafted beers, wines and spirits. 

Lapel pin for the first 25 registrants.  Pick up map and pin at the Hermann Area Chamber, 150 Market Street, open at 9am on Saturday and Sunday.
