Location - Wagon Works 314 Gutenberg Street, Hermann, MO
Dan Kuebler and Joey Los will demonstrate how to make sauerkraut, step-by-step. Participants will learn about the basic history and benefits of fermentation, and then will chop, salt, and mix their very own batches of kraut. All supplies provided. Pre-registration required.
